Loan Modification

Hey all,

Court tomorrow at 2 PM and this is the first date for this kind of hearing. I then meet with CACLV representative on the 25th and set up a budget.
I have suspended my Direct TV until 1.1.2016
I was able to canceld my home phone service, I never use it, and saved 20.00 a month. 
Also as of 9.11.2015 I can change my AT&T plan to the Next plan and save money.
I am going to be putting away money in savings and NOT touch it.
I had money and well life happens and I had to start again. I know banks do not care BUT I need my car, I am not waking home at midnight. We also had to put one of my fur babies down and that really sucked. So I am at 60.00 in savings and 2 paychecks left this month.
I am so hoping this is going to go as I planned,
1. Loan Modification
2. Interest rate from 7.5 to at least 4.0
3. Payments taken from my bank account weekly ( I get paid weekly )
4. I KEEP the house.

Quit Claim deed is signed and i can now move on to the LOAN  MODIFICATION -- Calls are all ready in and I am going to set up the appointment and make sure it is all done by 8.19.2015 so NO court date --- Prayer is good

I am going to sign my Quitclaim deed tomorrow and hopefully Charles ( the ex ) will sign his ...

6.30.2015 Update on House

Went to the attorney and they are going to get a quitclaim deed for me and send Charles and I am going to sign mine on Thursday and fingers crossed we can get this all done and get it approved and no court for me !!! YEA 


Also my finance is finally getting his teeth fixed !!

I am going to document my steps to save my home ...
I am going to try and do this as I find out and give sites to help others, I am in PA and can nly go by where I am -- Bethlehem PA

It is official I have been served with foreclosure papers This fucking sucks as I have been in this house since 2000 -- 15 years and I was able to do this alone and now I cannot afford it and I cannot afford to move to the one place I have to go .. I am heartbroken and feeling very alone .. I have Stephen Belt and Amanda Leigh right here with me ,,, and I still feel alone I have some choices but not a lot and I am not wanting to live in my damn car.. Sorry for venting but I am heartbroken..

Update . I know about how much I owe to get caught up, I need to get a quit claim deed and I have a call into the Lawyer Referral Service for 30.00 I get 30 min consolation and they may or may not help further. Also CACLV will not see me without a quit claim deed so I get that and then they will help.. All needs to be done and organized by 8.19.2015 .. Talked to the mortgage company and there is no sell date as of now and probably will not until after the court date ..

Another update : I have an appointment with an attorney on 6.30.2015 at 2:00 PM and it is 30 min for 30.00 and I am hoping to get direction or help I need,

COLD !!!

Good Morning,

It is a bit cold here in PA this morning ... but that is ok I am in the warm house and things are great!!
Loving my new job... My hours are Thurs - Sun : 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm and M/T/W off.. love it ..
I also got a raise so I am making close to 14.70 and hour and I am so happy about that !!
I am just enjoying my time off before I start my new shift ..
I am hoping to get insurance after the 1st of the year and also getting my diabetes under control..
I have some things to do and I shall return...lol

Let me tell you the: Zep All-Around Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser is FANTASTIC !!! I have a hod over my stove to pull the heat out with a fan and the top gets downright disgusting and Zep All-Around Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser made it like BRAND NEW !!! Shinny and smooth NO GREASE ..
The -Zep Quick Clean Disinfectant worked wonders in My bathroom... IT was awesome and the smell is good not over powering like some cleaners..

I would highly recommend this product .. I was able to test this on CROWDTAP..

I have added some sights for coupons and I am going to be adding more... Maybe a Holiday page to help match coupons to stores...Hmmmm... Maybe I can do this ..lol
Between work and home I can work it in on my day off.
